This blue/green algae is a form of spirulina, but grows in fresh water. This product, from Green Earth Naturals, grows in the pristine Lake Klamath in Oregan, USA. It is fed by mineral rich mountain streams. This is wildcrafted, rather than organic. It is 100% blue green algae (aphanisomenon flos-aquae).
Daily dosage is much less than spirulina as it is richer in nutrients. Suggested starting dose is two capules, moving up to 3 capsules a day after a couple of weeks.
This contains 90 capsules - 45 days supply at 2 capsules, 30 days supply at 3 capsules per day.
