Homoeoprophylaxis of Children

There are other options to orthodox vaccination. Homoeopathic treatment of normal childhood diseases are very effective. However, many parents feel under pressure to vaccinate. So the other approach is homoeopathic immunisation (homoeoprophylaxis).

Whilst no method is 100% effective, the homoeoprophylaxis kits I provide give an average efficacy of 88.8%, well within those claimed by conventional vaccines (75 - 95%). The remedies are taken orally, have no side effects and are completely safe to use.

There are two programs. One is the basic program which is systematically given on about a monthly basis from one month up to about five years. The other is the supplementary program which is designed to give protection to children who are exposed to a current epidemic, and is in addition to the basic program. The programs are flexible and can be started at any age up to four years, although one month is preferred if possible.

Occasionally, a child will react to a remedy. These reactions are NOT toxic reactions, but represent a clearing effect. Typically they are mild and short lasting.

The most common childhood diseases are mumps, measles and whooping cough, with measles and whooping cough the most potentially serious. Measles is the strongest childhood illness and mortality is high in countries where malnourishment is common. Whooping cough has the greatest risk to babies in their first year when it can be life-threatening. Mumps and rubella can go unrecognised as the effects are usually very mild. Chicken pox is a very mild disease unless the child has received corticosteroids or immuno-suppressants (such as with leukaemia treatment). Diphtheria is hardly present in Australia. Polio was common in the ‘40’s and ‘50’s when the important lymphatic gland, the tonsils were routinely removed.

Some parents choose not to give remedies for  mild diseases knowing the greatest protection against future infection is for the child to contract the disease itself. Mumps, rubella and chicken pox are mild diseases and a healthy child will have little problem with these diseases.
How to Register Your Dissent to Orthodox Childhood Vaccination in Australia

Orthodox vaccination is not compulsory in Australia and child benefit, enrolment at kindy or school are not affected, providing the parents register their dissent.

When making your decision, don’t undervalue your own thoughts and feelings. Take time to consider all the angles.

To register your dissent, you need to fill out a form for conscientious exemption. These forms should be available at doctor’s surgeries or Medicare Centres. I also keep a supply of them. The Australian Vaccination Network also have copies, which you can download from their website.

Once completed, you take it to your GP who then counsels you on the risks and benefits of vaccination. If this doesn’t change your mind, the GP will then sign the form. KEEP THE ORIGINAL (or you’ll have to repeat the process all over again) and send a copy to the address in Tasmania. Make copies for Centrelink, kindy (if required) and school.
