Dietary Recommendations

Diet is a top priority when it comes to health care. Whatever we do for our health in other areas (exercise, homoeopathy, meditation, low stress, etc), we will never achieve good health without addressing our diet. Homoeopaths call factors such as a bad diet (or living conditions) ‘maintaining causes’ to our ill health.

The best source of our nutrients is in our food, rather than in supplementation. Buying (or growing our own) good quality food is the key.

For optimum health, we need to eat as we have evolved, over millennium. This is how our digestion works at its best. Modern diets are a far cry from this and I want to talk about the important areas where we have deviated.
