Farming and Super Phosphate
Calcium is the most important mineral in our bodies. When this is out of balance, everything else is also out of balance. Calcium and phosphorus are interconnected, and their balance is crucial to maintaining good health.
With the advent of super phosphate as an agricultural fertiliser, has come a total mineral imbalance in all our food. Too much phosphorus means the calcium isn’t available.
High phosphorus levels makes our bodies too acid. A body in balance is an alkaline body.
There are many ways to bring the alkaline level back in those who are highly acidic.

Because modern farming methods focus on the quantity of food produced, rather than the quality, most of the nutritional value of food is imbalanced.
Alternatively, organic food is nutritionally balanced. But as anyone can label their food as organic, quite legally, make sure you purchase certified organic. This ensures you are really buying organic food.
