1 to 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein (any flavor)
1 tbsp Sun Warrior Activated Barley

1 whole organic orange (peeled)
1 tbsp Hemp Seed
1 tbsp "Sunfood Nutrition" Tocotrienols
Vanilla Bean (optional)
Lots of ice blended at high speed gives it a smooth thick texture
3.) SunWarrior Chocolate Monkey:
8 oz water
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (chocolate flavor)
1 organic frozen ripe banana
Choice of 1 tbsp of Flax oil, Hemp oil, or Coconut oil
"Sunfood Nutrition" raw cacao powder or cacao nibs (optional)
Extra ice for texture & consistency
The following shake is for people who still drink coffee can be substituted with water..

8 oz. of iced brewed organic coffee
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (chocolate flavor)

The following smoothie is blended at highest speed for increased phytonutrient absorption. All fruit is frozen beforehand and replaces ice (serves 3 to 4)
5.) Sunwarrior Antioxidant Berry Blast: (my favorite :)
1 whole coconut (meat & milk)
2 tbsp of Hemp seeds
5 or 6 Raw Brazil Nuts, 5 or 6 Raw Walnuts, 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
1 tbsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Tocotrienols
1 tsp Camu Berry Powder
3 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (natural or vanilla flavor)
1 tbsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Raw Chocolate Powder
1 tbsp of Carob Powder
1 tbsp of Bee Pollen
1 Whole organic orange (peeled and sliced)
All the following fruit has been frozen and placed into containers; 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. 1/2 cup of frozen organic red grapes. 1 cup of frozen sliced mango & papaya. 1 packet of frozen Acai. Blend at highest speed several times to make a creamy smoothie texture. Additional ice may be required for icecream-like consistency. Top off with a sprinkle of "Sunfood Nutrition" Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs. Texture should be thick and eaten with a spoon. Enjoy!
