Water
Drink only water which is low in phosphorus, such as rain water or good filtered water. Depending on the source, spring water may be high in phosphorus.
Drinking large amounts of water is not healthy and can overload the kidneys. It is far better to remain in tune with our bodies and drink when we are thirsty.
We need more in summer. If your life style is such that you forget to drink often, then keep a bottle or glass of water handy, so that you can drink as your body reminds you.
